We're looking for the right candidates for the General Sales Manager position.
As a General Sales Manager you will have complete accountability for attaining maximum levels of store profitability, customer service and competitive positioning while minimizing expenses. You will directly manage 5-7 supervisory Team Members with a sales support team of 40 Team Members in all aspects of retail, commercial, technical services and training sales.
The General Manager is responsible for the overall direction and evaluation of Team Members assigned to the store. Responsibilities encompass: leading sales, staffing, training, inventory management, selling skills enhancement, budgets, overall P/L management, and Team Member and Customer Satisfaction.

Job Requirements
The professional we seek will have a high energy level with great interpersonal skills and thrive on multiple challenges with 7-10 years of high volume retail experience, with at least 3 years in a management role (multi-location experience a plus), and the completion of CompUSA’s MIT program, or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training is required.
Computer/Technology experience is a plus but not required.
This individual must exhibit a high energy level and be comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
Must possess the ability to get along with diverse personalities tactfully and flexibly, a strong orientation to customer service and demonstrated strong orientation to the team concept of management and operations.
