Managers will:

Responsible for the planning and directing of store/salon operating activities necessary to meet or exceed established budgeted sales, expenses, profit and productivity goals.
Assume primary responsibility for superior guest service, store/salon operating standards, recruiting and implementation/execution of all corporate/field initiatives.
Have the ability to lead a team, recruit, train and develop employees, and accomplish daily sales goals.
Have 2-3 years experience in successfully managing a medium to large multi-format store.
