Full Service Management - Restaurant / Bar

Scottsdale based hospitality group is starting its expansion seeking: Director of Operations, GM, Service Manager, Chef, Sous Chef. We currently operate bars, lounges, and will open an upscale Mexican concept near the 40th street Camelback area soon. The ideal candidates will be able to operate without much structure and "big company" support. Your ability to hire, train, and develop people will be critical in the success of the company. Also, your ability to drive the highest standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness will be necessary for us to become one of the top Phoenix-area restaurants.
REQUIREMENTS
Credible candidates must have: Upscale, sophisticated, high-end, high volume restaurant / bar track record. Chef / Sous Chef must have a Culinary Arts degree coupled with leading-edge food experience. An understanding of Corporate Finance / Accounting is critical because this company likes to make money. Multi-unit and GM candidates must have a stable and successful track record with upscale "name brand" companies such as Houston's, Cheesecake Factory, Capital Grille, etc. These two positions will be very highly compensated (six figure +++) with aggressive bonus structures. Your ability to implement and manage controls will be critical.
