Job Title: Food Production Supervisor
Description: Supervising the work activities of our food production workers in the Cold Food area. Duties include monitoring employees work performance to ensure the quality of production, making daily work assignments, conducting briefings, recurrent training, and employee discipline.
Job Title: Interior Equipment Processing Supervisor
Description: Supervise the work activities of employees in the equipment processing area (including our Dish Room) of our operation. Duties include monitoring employee work performance to ensure timeliness and quality of production, making daily work assignments, conducting briefings, recurrent training, and employee discipline.
Job Title: Assistant Buyer
Description: Under the direction of the Unit Buyer manage the purchasing activities for all local purchases. Ensure an uninterrupted flow of local purchased items in specified quantities and quality to meet customer requirements. Compile data from BOM to assist storeroom operation in Unit’s requisition process. Insure compliance with corporate, federal and local guidelines for sanitation, food handling and temperature control practices.
Job Title: Transportation Ramp Supervisor
Description: Supervise work activities of employees in the Transportation area of our operation. Duties include monitoring employees work performance to insure timeliness and quality of performance, making daily work assignments, conducting employee briefings, recurrent training, and employee discipline. Performing periodic employee and vehicles audits to insure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Maintaining close customer contact ensuring all customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
Job Title: Interior Department Superintendent
Description: Duties include establishing work schedules for all Interior workers including supervisory staff. Establishing and executing training programs for department. Responsible for keeping customer specifications up to date as well as keeping employees and supervisors accurately informed. Responsible for directing the department’s operation in the absence of the Department Manager.
