Food Safety Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Food Safety Supervisor for a fully cooked RTE food manufcturing facility in the Midwest US. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising HACCP Clerks and Lab Techs, will implement and maintain plant food safety programs, and will ensure compliance with USDA and HACCP. Must be able to interpret USDA regulations. Prior supervisory and leadership experience along with fully cooked production experience is helpful. REQUIREMENTS
1. Sound computer skills (Spreadsheet and database)
2. 4 year degree in an appropriate field
3. Food manufacturing plant experience
4. Prefer experience working in a USDA environment
