Finish Construction Superintendents-- High Rise, Residential

Optima is looking for Finish Supers with at least 5 years of experience who know how to drive the finish process to meet completion dates.
Key Responsibilities: manage building construction projects from drywall to final punch-out and walkthrough; manage quality control of trades, including weekly coordination meetings; order and coordinate all finish products – including doors, frames, hardware, countertops and cabinets; interface with government officials to ensure proper inspections and log Certificates of Occupancy; monitor and complete all buyer changes; enforce on-site safety programs; and work with other on-site supers on teams.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: Position requires excellent communication skills, a degree in a construction-related program or equivalent experience, and a working knowledge of both MS Office and MS Project.
