Responsibilities:
•Establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of managements, sales, and customers
•Perform as a self-motivated, self-starter in a high profile environment
•Responsible for leading the SSR organization to administer company policies, procedures, process improvements and clients satisfaction
•Responsible for all hiring, development assessments, and termination process
•Creating and maintaining a resource planning model
•Tracking and implementing incentive plan and territory assignments

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
•Minimum of 5 years successful front line sales/sales support expertise within the financial services industry
•Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills with the ability to manager/oversee multiple projects
•Must be highly motivated and committed to excellence
•Must be PC literate with knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Siebel
•Must have effective oral and written communication skills
•Travel is required
