Federal Sales Manager
DefenseWeb Technologies is currently seeking a Federal Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling software solutions to DoD clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, using strategic thinking skills to outline solutions, and managing the entire sales process. A track-record of success is a must & a high six-figure earnings history is preferred.
Responsibilities

•Responsible for all DefenseWeb DoD professional services sales in a rapidly growing company.
•Your key objectives will be centered on developing new client relationships, using strategic thinking skills to outline solutions, and managing the entire sales process.
•Tracking ongoing sales activities, forecasting business opportunities, and developing new DoD channels.
•Must have proven ability to understand government clients' business needs, develop solutions, and manage the sales process from discovery through closing.
Compensation
---------------
$300k at plan with no cap, not including base salary.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
----------------
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience successfully selling professional services to DoD clients (Army, Air Force, Navy).
•Knowledge of Web applications and Web application development, content management systems, enterprise information portal systems, solution selling, and large-scale sales process management.
•Successful experience at new account development or large account management.
Education
------------
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field, MBA is preferred.
