REQUIREMENTS
Maintain and improve standards in the restaurant/lounges/arcade through hiring and a structured training program for servers, bussers, cashiers, hosts, bar personnel, and fun center attendants.
Resolves guest complaints promptly and efficiently.
Monitors personnel to insure compliance to proper food preparation, portioning, presentation, & quality.
Supervises bar operations to maximize profitability, minimize liability, and conforms to the regulations of alcoholic beverage commission in the state of AZ.
Monitors and maintains labor costs within budgeted paramaters on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Supervises cleaning and maintenance of furniture, fixtures & equipment. Arranges for repairs as necessary.
Inspects Dining Rooms, Lounges, Arcade, Food Prep areas, Receiving & Storage areas to ensure that Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
May assist in the development of marketing for F&B and for implementation of promotional campaigns.
Monitors fiscal budget to ensure efficient operation and that expenditures stay within budgeted limitations. Corrects any deviations.
Submits Performance reviews in a timely manner.
Receives and checks in deliveries to ensure they adhere to specifications.
Follows cash handling procedures.
Monitors inventory levels on a daily,weekly, and monthly basis.
Monitors opening and closing procedures.
Verifies payroll.
Communicates well with staff.
Enforces the policies and procedures in a consistent manner as required by the Grand Canyon Squire Inn, State of Arizona and Federal Laws.
