Environmental Compliance Manager

Environmental Compliance ManagerThis position is responsible for providing air and emissions guidance to ensure that manufacturing facilities are constantly reducing the environmental impact of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing the activities of plant management in multiple business units. This position requires approximately 50% travel.Minimum Requirements
BS in Environmental Sciences or Engineering
5+ years experience related to environmental compliance management with proven success at maintining compliance with all applicaple environmental laws
Title V and MACT expereince in a manufacturing environment or hands-on consulting role
QEP or CEP preferedThis position will also require strong influencing of peers and detailed problem-solving skills. All candidates should exhibit a strong work ethic, high degree of integrity, and thrive in competitive environments. Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Office products.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identify and communicate best-practice guidelines for managing the emissions associated with the manufacture of our products to ensure that facilities are able to meet existing and head off changing Regulatory guidelines.
Implement strategies to ensure adoption of best-practices guidelines by manufacturing facilities.
Coordinate and review annual emissions inventories for all facilities.
Evaluate success of program through self-assessments, audits, and enforcement and corrective action activities.
