This position will operate across the releases in order to ensure integrity and consistency across system landscapes. This position will gather requirements across releases and assess impacts resulting from the major milestones and associated environments and components required. Major milestones include but are not limited to Mock and System Test Passes, Performance Testing, Acceptance Testing, and Training Delivery. This position will take these requirements and create detailed environment timelines that will be used to coordinate release schedules across entire environment to minimize conflicts. This position will be responsible for the availability of Sandbox, Development, QA, Pre-Production, and Training environments to support multiple releases. This position will notify the various parties of system or component changes that may impact the project teams. This position will work with the cut-over and conversion teams of the implementation to ensure all the components are prepared for the activity. This position is responsible for synchronization across the multi-instance landscapes, including bolt-ons and middle-ware components (Tibco and Informatica, etc). This position will facilitate meetings with Production Support and P1Up teams to ensure work is coordinated and conflicts are identified early and oversee the change management/transport process for system builds and for Production Support changes. This position will be expected to work closely with Release Leadership, Development Teams, Process Teams, Infrastructure, Production Support, Testing, and Training.
Determine and prioritize Release access to Sandbox, Development, and QA systems. Schedule client and system refreshes.
Responsible for integrity of landscapes as changes are promoted to production.
Ensure and manage the process for synchronization between the Production Support systems and implementation systems.
Coordinate support package installation with Process and Technology teams. Proactively notify effected teams of changes resulting from support pack.
Ensure regression testing has met the required criteria for promoting changes to production.
Serves as arbitrator for landscape, system, and Release conflicts. Facilitate periodic meetings to discuss such topics.
Monitors defect and testing process during system test passes.
Manage release schedules and environment timelines.
Ensures training environments are included in the promote to production readiness.
Approves and communicates when support packages are applied.
Coordinates data availability needs for training and test environments.
REQUIREMENTS
6-10 years of experience in IT.
BS in Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems.
Experience of working on large project.
SAP implementation experience is a must. Experience with SRM, CRM, SCM, BI, EP, and TIBCO would be a bonus.
