ENTRY LEVEL MANAGEMENT, SPORTS MARKETING, & PROMOTIONAL SALES

Xcel Marketing, Inc is a direct marketing firm working with national to local accounts in the sports and entertainment industries. We have more new business than we can handle; therefore, we are looking for key players to help in our growth.

At Xcel Marketing, we provide our clients with a unique opportunity to generate sales. Through focused and effective in-person sales and marketing campaigns we are able to increase their market share while creating a positive image for each and every client. Our form of direct advertising reached 90-95% of the target market set by our clients this year, and as a result, we are going to open 5 more offices in the next 12 months.

We are in search of future business partners, not employees, that are excited to start off learning the entry level duties involved in our company in order to eventually hold a MANAGEMENT role within a year.

Entry level account executives are responsible for the following:
• Meeting daily with various customers to present them with services that our clients can provide.
• Assisting in the daily operation of a start-up company.
• Developing and implementing original training techniques to achieve internal goals.
• Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment.
• Managing external customers needs.
• Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Initially we train people on the above fundamentals of marketing and sales, but we further train the right candidates for management. Financial rewards, promotions, and advancement are determined by performance.
