Bestway Rent to Own has an immediate opening for a District Manager Trainee in our Montgomery, Alabama branch.

Duties and Responsibilites:

Ability to develop and lead a team of motivated people
Execute Bestway's programs and exceed company standards in growth and profitability
Prioritize and demonstrate problem solving skills
Motivate others and achieve results
Maximize sales and profits while minimizing controllable expenses
Operate the store in compliance with all company policies
Maintain exceptional community and customer service
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Must be 21 with valid driver's license
Minimum 2 year college education and/or prior management experience for store management position

exhibit strong sense of purpose in customer service
ability to mulit task
professional Appearance
Pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
Willingness to relocate is essential for long term upward mobility
