Director of Private Duty Homecare Office

Bayada Nurses is seeking a dynamic homecare leader for our Tempe office.

Become part of our wonderful home care Team! Office provides private duty nursing and home health aide services to adults in the East and West Valley.
Position entails:

responsibility for all office operations
planning and budgeting
accounts receivable and collections
marketing to referral sources.
Sales, Marketing, Recruitment and Staffing are key responsibilities for this position.
Looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and has proven leadership skills. College degree, health care experience, and knowledge of Medicare regulations preferred.

They are located in 15 states and employ, 1200 office employees and 9000 nurses and home health aides. They offer a full range of home care nursing services from pediatrics to geriatrics. The company provides assistance with skilled nursing, personal care, therapy, meals, laundry, homemaking and companionship with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week availability on any schedule.

OFFICE OVERVIEW: This is a Private Duty office providing adult skilled and non-skilled services. We provide assistance with skilled nursing, personal care, therapy, meals, laundry, homemaking and companionship with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The initial objectives of this position will be the operations of a Homecare Private Duty office. As Director, you will be instrumental in recruiting highly service and results oriented staff and establishing new referral sources with the goal of quickly achieving high quality services, profitability and continued revenue growth.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate for this position should have 5-10 years of progressively more responsible leadership positions. A strong business background is required. This experience may be within a variety of companies/industries but should include experience with a growth-oriented company preferably in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of Medicaid and JCAHO regs highly preferable. Home Health Management experience is required.
