Director of Girl and Adult Services
Develop and motivate employed staff and operational volunteers to extend and retain Girl Scout membership within the jurisdiction of a Girl Scout council. Develop innovative approaches and systems in program delivery that complement the troop/group system to extend and retain Girl Scout membership. Qualifications include: demonstrated human relations skills, as well as personnel management, oral and written communication skills and problem solving; proven experience in recruiting/ employing, organizing, motivating and supervising employed and volunteer staff; knowledge of fiscal management; knowledge of adult education, volunteer development or Girl Scout experience.
