Director Support Services

Gamma Enterprise Technologies, a leading developer of SAP data provisioning software solutions, is seeking a Director of Support Services, based in Woodland Hills, CA.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the ongoing development and management of global support services to enterprise customers of Gamma's software solutions, as well as to partners and employees, during a period of accelerated growth.

The Director of Support Services is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Support Services team, which provides three key functions to the business:
1. Software support services to Gamma's enterprise customer base, field teams, and commercial and technical partners worldwide, including help desk and software delivery services
2. Technical support services to all Gamma employees worldwide
3. Development, provisioning and management of all Gamma's business-critical systems, including SAP development and support environments, CRM, communications and collaboration systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Key skills required:
The ability to analyze the needs of the business for support services as it grows, and to proactively develop and implement those services cost effectively, using the right resources, to tight timescales
Excellent team management, business management and communications abilities
Recognition of the imperative for customer satisfaction
A desire to grow with a growing company
A 'can do' attitude

Other qualifications:
A bachelor's degree
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in a software support team, ideally with in-depth SAP experience
Practical experience and knowledge in depth of the software development lifecycle
Practical experience of implementing and managing diverse IT systems, including development, testing and support environments based on Windows and UNIX servers.
