Director, Sales Enablement

Today, we serve 99 percent of the Fortune« 1000 companies, as well as government organizations, educational institutions and thousands of other companies in diverse industries worldwide.We are currently looking for a qualified Director, Sales Enablement to join our team at our office located in Scottsdale, AZ.The Director, Sales Enablement is responsible for the development and execution of the brand sales strategy and plan that puts brand sales specialists (a brand-specialized group of sales executives) in the best possible position to win in the marketplace. He/she ensures that the sales directors responsible for each region are focused on the plan that is decided by the relevant BUEs and collaborates with cross functional teams to effect alignment in support of the plan. This role assumes responsibility for community creation, leads community meetings/plans, defines go-to-market strategy and assists execution.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years experience with 5+ years in product management, product marketing, brand management, brand strategy, or sales management. Candidates will have a strong ability to present CA's brand vision, strategy, and products with excellent knowledge of brand-relevant segments of the marketplace. Successful candidates will have strong leadership, planning, execution and communication skills, with the ability to manage in a virtual team environment. Ability to understand and communicate the business value and ROI of installed or proposed products and solutions. Master's Degree in related field, with a Business degree preferred. Business travel of approximately 50 percent yearly is expected for this position.It's an exciting time at CA.
