An opportunity to join Pitney Bowes IT as Director Order To Cash (OTC) and Leasing reporting to the VP of Enterprise Business Applications



Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strategic relationships wit internal customers to drive value through process simplification and technology in the areas of Sales Compensation, Leasing, Order Entry, Fulfillment and Billing in all US business units Establishment of long term strategic technology and application roadmaps to support business strategic plans Identification of business and technology opportunities to drive business improvements and shareholder value Leadership in definition of business cases and project opportunity in conjunction with business owners Manage project execution and day-to-day operational tasks in OTC and Leasing functional areasManagement of support and production enhancements in an outsourced IT delivery model Monitor supplier performance and establish strategic partnership with preferred IT suppliers Manage employees and support individual growth and continuous improvement of team performance Support business process design and optimization via leverage of technology solution to accomplish business goals as part of the support process or specific transformation projects REQUIREMENTS


Required Skills and Experience:

BA/BS degree in science or business. MS/MBA a plus Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience as part of IT groups or major consulting firms. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading functional groups (15+ FTEs) as part of large IT groups with proven value delivery in the OTC and Leasing areas Proven record in Process Reengineering and Change Management Solid project planning and ERP delivery methodology hands on experience. Project management training and/or PMP certification highly desirable Experience managing deliverables in an outsourced environment highly desirable CMMi practices experience a strong plus
