Director Maintenance Optimization Services

The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for managing and developing maintenance services for the company and will have P&L responsibility for a service area. Duties will include developing and retaining highly skilled staff, assuring project execution excellence through direction and performance assessments and proactively meeting with customers to ensure that all service requirements meet their expectations. Also responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, expanding business offerings, promoting continuous improvement processes and managing profitability within service area. REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications

· Ability to travel to the work sites and client headquarters to meet personally with customers is required

· Customer focus, in-depth discipline and industry knowledge and strong employee development skills are essential for the successful candidate

· Ability to identify viable service opportunities and grow the service area are also key attributes for this position

· Strong experience in managing and directing maintenance strategy and activities of one or more of the following industries: Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical or Refining

· Experience in developing RCM and RBI programs and driving them to successful implementation

· Demonstrated ability to train and retain staff

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory

· Experience with RCM and/or RBI software

· Experience working with Indus Passport, MAXIMO or SAP strongly preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) preferred
