Decision Technologies Implementation Lead

Business Unit: GE Commercial Finance, Capital SolutionsFunction: Risk ManagementResponsibilities: As a member of the Cap Solutions - Decision Technologies (DT) team, this role will be dedicated to the Vendor Finance business:
Design, implement, and test enhancements to existing auto decisioning strategies for VF
Prepare and present impact analyses for major changes to key Originations and Risk stakeholders
Conduct Risk Analytics to validate the performance of existing strategies and recommend changes where required
Partner with IT and oversee modifications to the IT environment as it relates to AutoDecisioning
Provide training and ongoing support to end users regarding the models, policy rules, as well as all other auto decisioning issues
Support strategic VF initiatives including Full Spectrum Financing and Risk Based Pricing
Support implementation of Consistency related process changes (TRR)
Liaise with major credit bureaus to keep abreast of current product offerings
Work with GENPACT Analytics Center of Excellence teams on analytical projects related to modeling and auto decisioning enhancements
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * BS/BA Degree required or a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT or Risk Underwriting
Minimum of 5 years experience in Underwriting / Risk / Reporting / Operations or IT related experience
Demonstrated ability to learn analytical tools and techniques
Strong Project Management & Change management skills Demonstrated leadership to drive projects across functions
Very strong PC skills and "systems" knowledge - Highly Proficient in MS Office suite
Proven ability to execute on multiple projects and manage priorities
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
You must be willing to take a drug test
You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
