Debt Cancellation Teleservices Project Manager

Business Unit: GE MoneyFunction: MarketingResponsibilities: *Manage all aspects of Quality and Compliance for new and active projects within the Teleservices channels for Debt Cancellation
Primary Legal/Compliance liaison for Debt Cancellation Teleservices team. On point for advertising material submissions; managing annual review submission process to ensure compliance with Business requirements; responsible to ensure that all legally required changes are implemented across Channel/Portfolio campaign matrix
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including script development and segmentation, to execute marketing materials and programs on time, accurately and within budget
Manage wing-to-wing testing requirements for IVR routing, marketing track code assignments and FDR enrollment validation
Develop, approve and deploy Vendor script screen prints to ensure 100% scripting accuracy upon script modifications or program implementation
Lead Vendor monitoring calibration sessions; ensure follow-up monitoring on identified areas/representatives; develop and deploy script adherence tracking report
Conduct bi-annual Vendor compliance audits; prepare audit summary with defined Vendor action plans for improvement (if required)
Develop and deploy training material across Vendor matrix with focus on Product, Channel and Portfolio specific attributes
Participate in Team and Client Meetings to support business projects and initiatives. Effectively communicate results and drive change throughout the business.~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: *3+ years progressive growth in marketing-driven FMCG/retail/multi-product financial services companies
In-depth experience with Teleservices operations and compliance with demonstrable success on productivity in a highly compliant environment
Strong understanding of direct marketing including backend reporting of response, conversion, and sales productivity
Strong project management and successful experience influencing and leading across functional boundaries to deliver results
Superior campaign execution skills - ability to execute marketing strategies and implement change for improvements
Ability to think strategically and drive change - strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Self-directed and results driven - high-energy with "can do" attitude
Excellent relationship/teamwork and communication skills - written and verbal
BA/BS Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent business experienceDesired: *Previous Teleservices Channel Management and Vendor Management experience
