DISTRICT MANAGER (RETAIL)

District Manager

Our Client: A privately held hardgoods/softgoods retailer with multiple divisions.
They are looking for a team player with character and integrity who has a knack for growing a team and a proven track record of success.

As District Manager you will report to the Regional Vice President. You will oversee a division in the Louisianna/Mississippi area where you will:

-Build revenue, increase sales and profits
-Control expenses, reduce shrink and payroll costs
-Apply and teach effective selling techniques
-Hire, train and motivate store managers and associates
-Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers

As District Manager you have the option to work out of your home office or one of the main stores.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

OVER ACHIEVERS ONLY!! Looking for candidates who are interested in growth!!
-Must have prior experience as a Retail District Manager; if you have not been a DM you will not be considered.
-Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability
-Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and promote associates
-Ability to travel weekly to stores within designated district
-Strong visual merchandising skills and operations background
