PNM Resources seeks to fill the following 2 positions in our Regulatory Policy team:


REGULATORY AFFAIRS DIRECTOR

Ideal candidate will formulate & implement company policy & strategy on regulatory issues relating to all aspects of the Company's natural gas & electric businesses. Manage gas & electric regulatory activities, staff, & communications related to the NMPRC & the FERC to meet PNMR's High Level Objectives.


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance with a min of 10 yrs of related utility industry exp. including 5 yrs. of state & federal regulatory exp or equivalent combination of education &/or exp. related to the discipline. 2 yrs of mgmt exp. req'd. Master's degree pref'd.


DIRECTOR OF FERC

Ideal candidate will Ensure PNM comply with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Standard of Conduct (SOC). Administers PNM & TNMP Reliability Standard compliance.


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance with a min of 10 yrs of related utility industry exp. or equivalent combination of education and/or exp. related to the discipline. 2 yrs. of mgmt. exp. req'd. Master's degree pref'd
