Construction Project Manager

Purpose: Phoenix Based Construction Company Looking for Experienced Project Manager

Provides project administration to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Duties include: interpret policies as required, organize, staff, and supervise key project positions. Maintain project budgets and costs on a current basis, analyze financial status, investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures to ensure profitability.

Superior communication and interpersonal skill essential. Requires four-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, plus a minimum of five years experience of construction, design, finance and management.
