Construction Superintendent - specializing in modular technology. Commercial experience preferred, minimum 5 years experience, carpentry background - someone who grew up in the trades / wore a tool belt. Degree not necessary. Projects include schools, banks, medical facilities. Some travel, mostly in-state...25% or less of time.Custom Residential Construction Superintendent - for high end custom residential design/build firm in North Scottsdale. Looking for candidates who have built very high end custom homes in communities such as Desert Mountain, Silverleaf, Estancia, and Paradise Valley. Will only build 3-4 homes at a time, but each one could be 10,000 square feet or more.Construction Project Manager - for residential & commercial general with mid-rise commercial building experience. Must be able to manage Pre construction and Construction services on one or more projects using company procedures to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with contract documents. Ideal candidate will have local building experience and know the local players and subs.
Construction Project Engineer - for residential & commercial general contractor with commercial building experience. Will train a Del Web School of Construction grad. but prefer experience. Budgets, schedules, etc.Construction Superintendents – for residential & commercial general contractor with commercial building experience. Local experience and the ability to run a mid-rise (6+) commercial job with no hand holding!Construction Project Superintendent - for residential & commercial general contractor for Custom Home Division. Local experience preferred with the ability to manage, schedule and coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, field craft personnel, safety and equipment using Corporate Performance Standards and Operational Procedures to ensure work is completed on time and to Contract Document Specs. No hand holding!
