Concrete PM

Purpose: Ideal Candidates will have: -5 years experience as project manager.
-Experience as person responsible for managing the concrete part of several buildings including at least one "concrete frame".
-Ability to build a schedule for the concrete portion of a large project.
-Detail oriented personality.
-Experience managing at least 9 foremen/superintendents

Preferred Experience will include:

-Excellent working knowledge of concrete mix designs.
-Excellent working knowledge of concrete form systems.
-Excellent working knowledge of productions and production tracking for concrete items.
-Working knowledge of concrete reinforcing systems, including post-tensioning.
-Working knowledge of cranes and how they relate to production and job flow.
-Familiarity with ACI and CRSI manuals and related ASTM sections.
-Demonstrated ability to use various software, including Microsoft Excel and Word and some type of scheduling software.
-Experience with Suretrac scheduling software.
-Experience estimating concrete work.
