Commercial Framing Project Manager

Purpose: Duties: Oversees all aspects of the work performed in the Commercial Division. Organizes and coordinates field supervision. Manages field staff. Maintains relationships with all Clients and Vendors. Responsible for each job's profitability, quality, and timely completion. Tracks job profitability / loss for use as historical data for updating and maintaining estimating tools. Oversees job safety in all aspects. Works closely with Chief Financial Officer to manage job costs, change orders, cost over-runs, contracts and billing. Schedules quality control walk through. Reports to the General Manager.


Requirements: 5-10 years of Project Management experience with 2-3 yrs experience directly related to commercial framing. Familiar with Microsoft office and Timberline programs. Experience in all listed job duties. Good communication and people skills.
