Commercial Construction Superintendent

Position Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Daily Duties: This person will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects in the field.



Requirements: The perfect candidate will be self motivated and have at least ten years commercial construction experience, preferably in a supervisory role. Client will consider someone who has been a general contractor. Client will not consider anyone who has primarily residential experience




Skills: Supervisory and leadership skills, Commercial Construction, Good communication skills, MS Excel, Good problem solving skills, and good organizational skills.
