Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating sales, employee development, visual merchandising and event planning.
REQUIREMENTS
•1-3 years retail management experience in fashion apparel
•Goal oriented
•Excellent leadership skills
•Solid communicator
•Fashion Savvy
•Strong merchandising skills
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
•Ability to recruit, train and develop a staff
