Duties:
This position is established to serve as part of a team of support for children and their families enrolled in the behavioral health system. Provides ongoing direct care and clinical supervision, assists staff in using formal & informal programs directed at expanding services. Works with the treatment and management teams in implementing agency policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Master's degree in social work or behavioral health, Certification required at the independent level.
Must have experience in the Child and Family Team (CFT) Process.
Experience with intensive treatment of children and adolescents.
Familiarity with Arizona Behavioral Health system.
Must be willing to supervise staff of clinicians, Intensive Case Managers, and Family Support Partners.
Bilingual a plus.
