Clinical Practice Nurse Manager Labor & DeliveryHospital system in Northern California is looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for the Labor and Delivery department.The Clinical Practice manager is a Registered Nurse with advanced knowledge and expertise who manages the clinical and educational resources and care standards for the obstetric population.This position also participates in the development of care delivery systems and clinical practice programs. This position's role along with other members of the management team is to promote the provision of effective, high quality patient care to all patients. Responsibilities also include, oversight of clinical nursing practice and patient care delivery, management of human, fiscal and other resources as they pertain to special projects, development of personnel, compliance with regulatory and professional standards, and fostering of interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships within the assigned units, between units in the Women's and Children's Services area, and between ancillary departments that support the units.
