Client Delivery Manager

The client delivery team project manages the integration of client side systems with the UBS infrastructure to provide straight through dealing and settlement services. The team provides an interface between the client, development, support and business representatives for all B2B projects and focus on developing fast delivery mechanism to reduce delivery times and increase efficiency in the integration process. The Client Delivery team is part of IT Foreign Exchange and works closely with the Sales and Marketing desk in realising business integration projects. The teams focus is integration project delivery across a portfolio B2B clients. It is important that the candidate understands client needs and the banks offering in delivery of the projects. The candidate must be able to employ different people styles in order to motivate and achieve the timelines set with the clients. The role incorporates communications to a multitude of different people, ranging from business end users to network specialists on both the client and UBS side.
