Cleanroom Account Manager - East Coast

ARAMARK Cleanroom is the industry leader in Laboratory Garments. We're looking for outstanding sales professionals to join our organization. You will prospect, develop a strong sales funnel, maintain existing business and contract new business. The focus of this position is to sell disposable products to our target industries. The essential function of this job may contain some or all of the following:



To achieve New Business and Disposable Sales Plan. (Monthly, Quarterly and full Year.)


Make an average of 12 face to face sales calls each week, with specific call objectives.


Blue Sheets/Strategic Selling forms to be complete on all key prospects


To complete weekly sales report and Monthly report.


Active use of Client Center.


To review territory, sales funnel, blue sheets and forecast with Disposable Sales Manager weekly in phone discussion.


Successfully participate in Quarterly SOR's


Update Goldmine at least three times a week.


Gain professional acceptance within accounts.


Using the consultative selling approach, motivate the customer to action.


  Create and maintain outstanding business relationships with ARAMARK's current and potential customers.


Qualify and develop prospects.


Develop and deliver presentations to our current and potential customers.


Develop and present proposals to our current and potential customers.


Respond to all requests for information in a thorough and timely manner.


Ensure all customer calls are returned the same day.


Ensure all customer correspondence is professionally written and presented.


Work within the pricing guidelines established by Market Center GM or Disposable Sales Manager.


Build strong relationships with the market center operations team and corporate support staff.


Work within the company's Policies and Procedures guidelines.


Support an environment of continuous improvement by making suggestions and implementing whenever possible.


Perform other duties that are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above, as required or assigned.


Job Requirements


Minimum Specifications:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree (Science major is a plus)



Required Experience & Skills:


Five years business to business sales experience.


Strategic Sales Experiences


Must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Consultative Selling Skills.


Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Strong presentation development and delivery skills.


Strong proposal writing skills.


Prior formal (classroom) sales training.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office.


Problem Solving Skills
