Located less than five miles from the Los Angeles International Airport, The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey is Los Angeles' only AAA Five Diamond waterfront hotel. The property offers its guests luxury facilities and services, as well as convenient freeway access to some of the city's main visitor attractions.

In June 2006, the hotel will complete a renovation of all 304 guest rooms and suites, corridors and The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge. Beginning in July 2006, the hotel will transform its Fitness & Massage Center into a spa

• Must possess strong culinary skills in both hot & cold preparations; must have experience in fine dining kitchens
• Must have 3 years experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel/restaurant; prior supervisory / management experience required
• Ensure the quality preparation of all menu items; must understand the fundamentals of food and labor cost controls
• Ensure the proper handling / storage of all food items in accordance with hotel standards and sanitation/health regulations Education: Culinary qualification preferred; lifting required
