SAGE is currently seeking a talented and energetic Chef Manager for a school in Augusta, GA.The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of prior upscale catering and food service management experience. Computer knowledge and organizational skills are a must. Responsibilities of this position will include menu development, ordering and inventory, production, receivables, sanitation, team development, and general location management. Client interaction and customer service are key components of this position. Candidates should love food and have the skills and flare for beautiful food presentation. Candidates should be as skilled in front of the house presentation and showmanship as they are in the kitchen. This manager will manage an hourly staff to provide the lunch service for two locations within one school.
This position is all about imagination, creativity, and demonstrating a strong work ethic. We would like to find a chef manager that understands what it means to add a little “WOW” to the program.
