Catering Sales Manager

As a Catering Sales Manager with the Four Points by Sheraton Denver Southeast, you will be responsible for soliciting new catering accounts in the social market, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and/or exceed aggressive food and beverage revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication. Participation in daily business review meetings, pre-convention meetings, training and other catering sales related meetings is required. Your knowledge in market trends, competition and customers will be very valuable in your success. You will work with other departments within the hotel, and oversee client functions, to ensure customer satisfaction with honest, uncomplicated comfort.



We are located at Hampden Avenue and I-25 and offer 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The hotel has completed a renovation of the public areas including the meetings rooms. Our full service hotel offers our guests 475 guest rooms and the caring, engaged respect of all associates.

REQUIREMENTS


2-3 years hotel catering experience.

Excellent computer skills, including Delphi.

Negotiation and business communication skills.

A winner and team oriented attitude.
