CSB Project Manager - (Business Card)

BASIC FUNCTION:Provide leadership for all servicing-related activities and implement strategies for the Discover Business Card (DBC) product. Coordinate with all functional and support areas and all levels of management to assure a consistently excellent customer experience.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:1. Develop, implement, manage, and continually upgrade complete customer servicing strategy for the Discover Business Card product. Manage project lifecycles.2. Manage the initiative going forward, using data in decision-making and assure positioning as the benchmark in the industry. Develop proposals and presentations to support business cases and deliver to all appropriate levels of management. Establish processes to assure continuous improvement of all aspects of the DBC program.3. Develop metrics and standards and monitor field performance. BR>
4. Provide subject matter expertise to support both field and headquarter partners. Must be able to coordinate all levels of resolution.5. Support and/or manage other Marketing-related initiatives as assigned. Support other initiatives as assigned and act as mentor/coach to Associates and Staff Associates on team and in the department.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Five years business experience with previous project management role within business credit card product is required. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field is required. Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, strategic, and presentation skills. Must demonstrate ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Position will require considerable travel (approx. 20%). Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Visio, MS Office Knowledge of analytical modeling techniques and applications would be a plus.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Master's Degree preferred.
