CPM Practice Leader

Provide Practice Leadership and Client Development for CPM Schedules. This individual will be responsible for strategic planning, sales, staffing, project performance, and external commitments. Clients focused on public sector – local, state and federal. Participate in the continued aggressive growth of practice.
This is an Officer-track position. Growth in sales and revenue, strong project performance, and staff size growth to meet project demands are critical factors in determining Officer Eligibility.

Read and understand complex construction plans and documents. Perform construction claims analysis; independently develop new project schedules for moderately complex projects as needed. Researches project documentation relating to claim data with minimal supervision including project correspondence and inspection diaries. Read project diaries and assign CPM codes to Contractor's activities. Research Claim Data with minimal supervision. Correlate and Organize Project Documentation Data.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline plus 15 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in construction methods and management, CPM scheduling software usage, schedule analysis techniques and construction claims analysis. Experience using standard work processing, spreadsheets and database management applications required. Experience using Primavera Project Planner (P3), SureTrak and Primavera 5.0 (P3e/c) familiarity with DOT specifications.
