COMPENSATION SUPERVISOR
Berkshire Health Systems has an excellent opportunity to join an exciting Human Resources Team, located in Pittsfield MA, in the heart of the Berkshires.

This opportunity includes developing, implementing and administering all BHS compensation and performance appraisal programs in an efficient and effective manner. This position will also provide the supervision and oversight necessary to meet the organizational objectives while ensuring excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Three years professional level experience in compensation administration required. Leadership experience preferred.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required, CCP preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of applicable state and federal legislation.
Ability to perform standard statistical compensation
analysis.
Computer proficiency in database management, word processing and spreadsheet applications to maximize productivity.
Ability to work as a consultant/resource with all levels of management.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic HR team.
