Branch Sales Manager

Assumes responsibility for all sales and service excellence in meeting established retail sales goals. Identifies potential development and implementation of a marketing plan to gain new business and retain existing customers. Manages and coaches Branch Service Manager and Relationship Bankers in Sales Calling program and provides group and one-on-one coaching for other members of the calling team. Reviews the products and services within the industry and the marketplace making recommendations for maintaining a competitive advantage with our competitors. Facilitates weekly sales meetings providing solid feedback and assessment of the sales team to enhance overall sales results utilizing the DEI Prospecting Board.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years experience in a business development & sales environment.
