Job Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
Branch Managers are responsibile to maximize sales and profitability in their location through the development of a high performing, inclusive work team; consistently maintaining excellent operational standards and execution; building customer relationships and delivering world class service; and effectively partnering across the company to eliminate obstacles and maximize opportunities.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Managefinancial performance to meet/exceed goals.
Work with customers to maximize sales and increase market share.
Direct branch counter, distribution and showroom activities in adherence to company policy.
Coordinate/Lead inside and outside sales teams to ensure world class customer service.
Work with vendors to meet customer needs.
Control costs through consistent review of branch financial performance.
Work effectively across the organization meet the needs of the business.
All other tasks as assigned
Responsible for appropriate selection, termination, performance appraisal, and professional development of assigned staff.

NATURE AND SCOPE
Typically reports to Field Management at a Director Level or above
Direct and indirect reports typically include Professional, sales, production, and support positions.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to such things as dust, fumes or odors.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Check
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Five to eight years of experience is preferred.
