Associate Director - Real Estate

Business Unit: GE Commercial Finance, Real EstateFunction: SalesResponsibilities: As an Associate Director with the North American Lending Group of GE Commercial Finance - Real Estate, this individual will be responsible for:Analyzing Commercial real estate loans (structured and CMBS) with effective use of Excel and ARGUS modeling.
Preparing credit approval package including: valuation, risk analysis, market analysis, borrower history and strategy, and deal structure.
Preparing term quotes and loan applications and assist in transaction negotiations.
Completing loan submission packages and schedule/conduct deal kick-off calls.
Assisting as Deal Champion from Application to Close.
Developing customer relations with assigned accounts as well as expanding potential client relations.
Participating in customer marketing events and growth/imagination projects as needed.
Assisting in maintenance of customer database.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree is required.
Two years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a solid grasp of real estate fundamentals, including financial analysis and financial modeling, market analysis and valuation process
Proficiency in MS Excel.

Masters in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting
Familiar with GE models including the RPM, pricing and ILR models
Familiar with Real Estate Capital Markets and Rating Agency Criteria
Proficiency in PowerPoint is desired.
