Assistant Supervisor

Within our Network Shared Services, you will enjoy a stable and successful work environment. We currently have an outstanding opportunity for you as an Assistant Supervisor in our Enrollment Department.


This position is responsible for the supervision of the staff in the Enrollment Department, under the direction of the Manager of Enrollment.


Some of the job functions are:


Trains new staff and existing staff based on audit report findings.

Performs monthly staff audit, prepares audit reports and identifies training opportunities.

Provides back-up for Customer Service Representative

Coordinates the workflow of the department in order to meet goals set by the Manager.

Resolves enrollment issues.
Job Requirements
The preferred candidates will have the following experience and education:


High School diploma, or equivalent

Associates or Bachelor Degree a plus!

3-5 years experience in medical/institutional business office setting within a claims processing or enrollment environment.

Familiar with MS Word, Excel and an emailing system
