Managers must be able to plan and direct store/salon operating activities necessary to meet or exceed established budgeted sales,expenses,profit, and productivity goals.

Manager must assume primary responsibility for superior guest service,club card development,store/salon operating standards,recruiting and implementation of all corporate/field initiatives.

Candidate must be a team player with the ability to train and develop employees and accomplish daily sales goals. Candidate must have 2-3 years experience in successfully managing a medium to large multi-format store.

Candidate should also enjoy working in a fast paced environment that includes merchandising and marketing to a rapidly changing business.

REQUIREMENTS
