We currently have openings for an Assistant Manager at Town Center Mall in Kennesaw, GA.

The Assistant Manager leads the sales floor by exhibiting consistency in sales knowledge and training to achieve store sales goals. The incumbent is also responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store and progressing through the company training program in preparation for a Store Manager position. REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory experience. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required, along with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
