This position assists the GM in establishing, directing and coordinating all activities and strategic plans to maximize profits, strengthen the center's marketing and sales position to ensure the highest possible rate of return and achieve the organization's goal and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess 3-5 years previous shopping center management or equivalent retail experience. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Excellent supervisory, verbal and written communication skills as well as very strong computer (MS Office) skills are critical for success.
