Area Supervisor - Restaurant Management

The Arby's Restaurant Group operates over 1,000 Arby's restaurants in 23 states and 42 markets.
An Area Supervisor is responsible for supervising 5-9 company-owned restaurants. He/she works with restaurant management to improve restaurant operations, sales, profits and people development in order to attain customer satisfaction. An Area Supervisor must have strong motivation and leadership abilities.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for individuals with at least one to two years of multi-unit restaurant management experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!Additionally, candidates should exhibit the following behaviors:
