And in everything we do, we strive for honesty, fairness and integrity.”The Area Sales Manager will provide expertise, direction, and leadership in the Food Service channels to Bottlers which will enable the Pepsi-Lipton Partnership to achieve volume, profit, and AOP plans.  

Work with their BDMs to set the strategy on Food Service.  

Execute the strategy for both retail and food service at a bottler local level to include Lipton post mix fountain products (Brisk Tea and Tropicana Lemonade), Lipton Brewed Iced Tea, Bottle and Cans (Lipton Iced Tea, Lipton Original, and Brisk).  

Work with and influence the PCNA salespeople within a respective region of the United States to develop the entire PLP portfolio in their region to include both Food Service and Retail channels.

Responsible for the Great West region of the U.S. Annual sales per Area Sales Manager are about 28mm 8oz cases (retail and food service combined):

Insure volume and profitability goals are achieved for the region;

Responsible for building tea knowledge and training in region primarily focusing on food service with some retail responsibilities;

Works closely with PCNA contacts to drive PLP initiatives through bottler system;

Communicates effectively as an important role in the job to present at monthly GMA meeting to bottlers to gain alignment on priorities;

Must have strong interpersonal & analytical skills and the drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace

Complexity
Integration of the PLP Business Plans through work with regional PCNA salespeople and multiple bottlers;

Management of a full Lipton portfolio to bottlers through PCNA;

Leveraging PLP portfolio within a very full Pepsi portfolio and getting share of space as well as share of mind;

Support national account activity through execution at a local level;

Manage T&E and SIF Funds to ensure spend generates an acceptable return on investment.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s degree with 5 years advanced selling experience.

Individual must possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Individual will be based close to PCNA regional sales office.  

Job will require 30% overnight travel.
