Area Manager - Alaska (Health Care Experience Only)

Supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, values and philosophy. Responsible for running a dialysis business within a defined group of facilities through effective leadership and management of all aspects of customer service, quality patient care, marketing of FMS and financial management. Maintains profitability while adhering to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMS policy requirements. Responsible for profit and loss management of each assigned facility/programs including optimal performance of facility operations to achieve or exceed budgets and key performance indicators.

This full-time Area Manager position covers the whole state of Alaska including 4 clinics and a statewide home dialysis program.

At least 2 years experience in managing and leading groups in healthcare. Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making. Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of dialysis personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients. Must complete Clinical Manager training modules and ongoing training and development programs within the specified time line. Maintains knowledge of technical and clinical aspects of the dialysis business.

EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree in healthcare or business related field, or RN degree.
Advanced education preferred.
