Architectural Project Manager -(Natomas)

Purpose: Position: Architectural Project Manager Location: Sacramento (Natomas area)

Salary: $65K-$75K DOE + full benefits include medical, dental and vision plans, a 401K plan with matching funds and an Employee Incentive Plan is provided with semi-annual payouts based upon sustained profitability.

Award winning Architectural firm offering Design, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Programming services actively seeks result oriented Architectural Project Manager with Commercial building project experience.

Ideal candidates for this Architectural Project Manager position will have a minimum of five years of Architectural industry experience preferable pertaining to commercial, institutional, or high rise projects. Candidate must have proven experience managing staff and producing projects from the initial programming phase through construction administration phase and completion. Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Architectural Desktop is a plus. Current CA Architectural license is a plus.
